Product Description
Mummy mask with golden complexion. He wears a striated tripartite wig retained by a knotted headband and decorated on the front with an oudjat (eye of horus) and globules (circles); an ousekh collar is painted between the sides. The eyebrows and the stretched eyes are enhanced with blue pigment. Stuccoed canvas, gold leaf and pigments. Limestone veil. Some restorations, dents and visible tears, otherwise beautiful conservation. Ptolemaic Period
